Music in Kea class

A little while ago we went in and helped Kea class make their musical instruments because their teacher didn't want them to use the hot glue guns and craft knifes. We all got a buddy and we helped that one person me and my buddy made a box guitar.

For this task we had to colour in and answer the questions, for the postcards we had to select a city and write about it.

Cardioid

This is a cardioid it is made up of lots of little lines to make it you need to start on 1 and then double it then make a line to its double continue like this until you get to 31, then 31 goes to 2 and it carries on until you get to 60 and then you can colour  it in.

               A little while ago me and Izzy made a digestive poster for the contract and here it is.

Matariki art

This week we each coloured in a peice of this big sheet which is made out of lots of little ones. My one is the one with the red border which I drew on here with the computer. We have been learning about Matariki and this is one of the things that we did.

Should We Be Allowed To Bring Cell Phones to School.

Should we be allowed to bring phones to school hmmmmm, Nope!

And I’m going to give you three reasons why.

Reason one. They can make annoying beeping noises and they can distract everyone. I know you can put them on silent but that gives the student an excuse to check them and ignore the teacher.

And reason two. If you have an apple watch you can activate camera and see everything your phone can. I think this is very creepy and you can easily get distracted by this.

Finally, reason three. People would play games at lunch and morning tea. This means they don’t interact with other people and don’t develop any social skills and struggle when they are older.
